Working with Tom a great experience. This is the 2nd home in 10 years that Tom has helped me purchase and I couldn't have been happier both times. Tom is extremely responsive to emails, texts, and calls even on weekends and after hours. His recommendations for a mortgage broker and inspector were invaluable. Tom was happy to show me way more homes than I thought I would need to look at, each time offering his thoughts on how each listing met my needs and how it may fall short, always in a positive and professional manner. Never once did he make me feel like my numerous requests to view listings or ask endless questions was anything but a joy to help me find the right home. Tom also was happy to assist me with negotiating the sale price of the house and several counters when situations arose from inspection results. I felt he was definitely going to bat for me without feeling that we were being aggressive during this most stressful part of the home buying process. On top of all of that, he is knowledgeable on so many things that a lay homebuyer may not know to look for. Selling a second home or investment property? I was referred to Tom by the property manager of our Orlando single family home and could not have had a better experience. I've worked with more than a dozen real estate agents over the years and I'd rate Tom as the best! It did not matter that we live out of state since Tom managed all aspects of the sale, including rehab and repairs which were performed professionally and at reasonable prices, always keeping me informed during the process. I usually feel that broker commissions are excessive, however, the added value Tom brought to this sale was well earned and deserved!

Easiest home purchase you could ever imagine. I met Tom while he was representing another clients open house. I had mentioned the idea of whether I wanted to rent my old house or sell it and he right away offered to help me weigh out the pros and cons. I was so impressed by his willingness that later that day, when my girlfriend and I found our next house, I contacted Tom and asked him if he would be our buying agent. He took such good care of us, I could not have asked for a more easy or pleasant buying experience. I will be using him to sell my current house as I move into the new one. Professional Experience and Quick Sale. Tom was very professional, helping us to choose the repairs and preparation needed for a quick sale. He scheduled a professional photographer for the listing photos and helped us price appropriately for the market.

Best Buying Experience Ever! At 61 & 57, my husband and I have bought several homes throughout the years. This buying experience was the best thus far. That was due to Tom's professionalism, knowledge and his willingness to take as much time as needed with us throughout the entire process.
